CLASS DESCRIPTION: KB (Kettleball): Tone up and burn twice the amount of calories compared to treadmills and elliptical trainers. All four disciplines in exercise, endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance are practiced. Spin: Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 25 minutes> and offers an awesome aerobic workout what makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles like nobody's business! Yoga: We offer a variety of yoga classes for all skill levels. Zumba: latin inspired calorie burning dance fitness workout. W.O.W. Women on Weights: teaches basic weight training designed especially for women.

Zumba focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then bui9lding into more complex routines, making for a great cardio workout!
Cardio drumming is a fully body and cardio workout using drumsticks and a stability ball. Besides being a great workout for any fitness level, cardio drumming is a great way to relieve stress and channel your inner rock star!
Hardcore abs consists of exercises that get you closer to having six-pack abs! It is a class that targets the core to help strengthen and define your abs.
Silver Sneakers is a program that encourages older adults to participate in physical activities that will help maintain control of their health. Silver Sneakers offers standing or sitting, low impact strength work with handheld weights, resistance bands and a ball. A chair is optional for additional support.
Strength, confidence, flexibility. Yoga is designed to relax the body and mind with peaceful music and invigorating movements. The focus for yoga is core muscles, lower body strength and balance.
Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform. A class that gives a simple heart pumping route combined with strength training intervals that give a complete workout. Step aerobics helps to burn calories and fat!
Women on weights is designed specifically for women to demonstrate and incorporate weights into your workout routine. This class is held out on the gym floor using all the different machines and free weights in the workout.
